I really wanted to like this game - it has a basic idea and solid gameplay. However, once I was balanced with my life stats and making money, the game became a complete slog. By age 20, I had maxed out my stats and thought about attending university, but I dreaded the prospect of tapping through four years of turns with nothing much happening. Likewise, tapping through multiple menus every turn to invest or start businesses didn't seem much better. Maybe Business strategy 3 will be better.
Good but needs polishing. I found a bug where if I buy all the available stocks then try to sell them the game gets confused and pays me for them but then doesn't allow me to buy or sell any of those stocks. Was the logistics stocks. Another issue is this game was harder to figure out the basic controls on than the original. It may scare off players. I played the original a lot and still had trouble. One example was figuring out where the turn summary menu was. Kinda hidden.
Game was fun little competitive about how fast can you become a multibillionaire. I enjoyed it right up until I hit every goal on the list. After you cure global warming, it's pretty boring. No online players to compete with, limited ways to make money, even restricted personal customization (no choice in home or other consumer goods just for the sake) I figured out how to "win" within a day. Overall, it's a cool business game but it's too lonely (no online) and limited capabilities for a 4
I played your original game and loved it, finally a game that SOMEWHAT follows the laws of economics. I had high hopes that you would expand upon that in the sequel, boy was I disappointed! You added more ways to make money, it's true, but all of them are based on random chance rather than market forces. AND WORST OF ALL, the original aspects of the game that DID follow market forces were replaced with MORE random chance! Gold doesn't drop to all time lows DURING AN E-CRISIS. Disappointing!
This game simulates much of the components of real life. There is a wonderful interplay of educational attainment and occupational attainment. There are many path ways forward work your way up a corporation, start a business (1, 2, 3, plus times), get into real estate, all of the above and more. This game will suck you in even as you bankrupt multiple times thereby starting over and over again. You will lose businesses you will have to pick going out or eating well! Real life without the stress.
A serious improvement over the original, there were a few changes that made it a lot more difficult to play, but buying stars or watching videos for stars got me around that, one thing I couldn't understand though was how the stock's would get up into the millions per share range, they would have done a stock split thousands of times before ever getting that high in reality. Overall I enjoy it and it's much better than the first version.
Very fun and addicting game. I really enjoyed the mechanics of running your own business. Would like to see more expansion in that area. I managed to stop global warming by age 32 my 2nd try. 1st try I was struggling to figure out how to stay alive and happy and had to restart. EDIT: beat it by 26 next try. Freelance and business is the way to go.
Hello Developer! I strugggled at this game at first and about to give up until I got an idea on how to play it and now I'm kinda addicted to it. But there's a problem about the ads which is annoys me, its because sometimes the ads will be put in a wrong position which I can't close and I have to restart the app just to play it again. So I hope you'll be able to fix it sooner the better so I will rate it 5 star. Hope you're having a nice day and stay safe. :)
I don't usually leave reviews, but, this is a great game dude! Has among the best investing experience in Google Play games. The concept is well layed-out, it just has to be perfected - the business path has to be more viable and understandable, as well as more career opportunities (e.g. academic career, lawyer, etc.). With those and perhaps even a better graphics, I see no reason why people wouldn't pay for it.
Update 2: Finished it last night at age 62, though could have done it at 50+ age if only I read it right. I thought it was 50B to stop climate change hahaha. It was fun until you master the three skills of the character and get the best position and degree but it became silent when I was about 25, not much to do anymore rather than go for real estate. I'll email you the two glitches I've seen too. The game only has a pretty high learning curve but it's a nice alternative for cashflow 202. π
I was hooked to this game for hours! I played the first version which was outstanding and this one is undoubtedly even better. It's uncommon to see games with so few ads as in this game, which makes it remarkably captivating. However, I'm sure there is an algorithm that crashes the equity after I buy it.. ;) Where do I sign up for the 3rd installment?
Great game Igor! I like the elegance and realism of it. It is also very educational! The first improvement I suggest is to limit user clicks, since this game can't be played very long as it is now. You could add some simple buttons, change the locations of pop ups or consider giving the user some automation options for specific parts of the game. These improvements can be added one at a time and seem fairly easily to pick up π Thanks!
I usually don't write reviews, but as a developer myself I'd like to provide some insights to help, not to criticise. The game is simple but good fun. Easy to use and to understand. But I've found the way to complete all tasks within 1 hour. Also, quite a few bugs in your algorithm logic. Eg: Stocks don't raise until you drop them. I hope it helps
I loved the first version & this took it in a new level. Stuggled on first phase but when I got the hang of it, reach quadrillion of cash with several hundred Manor Properties, felt like a dead end. Maybe put something like Recession or Pandemic like happening now (although its good only for the game not in reality) and also some tax-related expenses or struggles. Kudos!
This game is a really amazing business and career simulator with elements of the stock and real estate markets. Id honestly give it more 4.5 stars as it needs some polish from an interface and aesethic standpoint but the game play is great even though there is a lot of clicking/tapping. Also to echo someone else point when you own a business one in every three turns you lose money from an event. As there is a third version coming out more options are needed for other businesses you invest in.
Absolutely love the game. Completed all goals by the age of 39 and retired with more than 100 Billions unit of money. I understand developing is not easy but still I feel the game is very limited. As the game goes by you feel that so many things are unnecessary and you can finish the game just by focusing few things. Like, schooling doesn't help you at all if you're doing the business. I would like to see more option for business interaction and not with same repeating scenarios. Thanks π
Initially gave it a 5 start, but the third time I tried to finish the game (with a third strategy) it's very clear that when you own multiple stocks in a company or when you own lots of commodities, the price of what you own will gradually go down and what you don't own (or own a little) will go up forever... A little frustrating... All in all a good game, but don't expect you'll do better your second or third time...
Very much love it, I've attained almost all goals, only the last two left, how I wish that money was real! π, but the game pretty much encouraged me to persuit my own business goals. My suggestion for the developers however is to change how you input figures when buying or selling assets, its frustrating trying to get an exact figure using the scroll, I'd prefer you make it so that we can enter figures directly.
It looks like it could be a good game if it was playable... Rn you can't play it Right from the beginning my character gets depressed every second turn, making it impossible to advance, especially annoying because 25% is not 50%... I had all leisure and communication things on, so no free time, yet depression percentage kept going up. You can only play if you spend money, but they don't even give you the chance of seeing if it's worth spending any money onπ. Pity
Really basic UI, but actually a genuninely challenging game. Went bust about 7 times before nailing the stratergy. It's refreshing to see a game so focused on achieving the right balance for a good strategy, instead of just another brain dead, cash gobbling point and click. Ads are ok at 1 every 24 turns (20mins of game play if you're thinking about moves). Worth a try, i enjoyed it.
